When you complete The Cherished Home's member registration process, you agree to all of the terms herein. The Cherished Home may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of The Cherished Home after such notification indicates that you accept any and all changes. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically for any changes. Privacy Policy
The Cherished Home understands your concerns regarding privacy and is committed not only to bringing you the fine products, but also to keeping your information confidential. No personal information is required for you to browse our web site, only when you place an order. We use the information you provide to process and ship orders and contact you if necessary. You may choose to sign up for our mailing list, but rest assured that we will never share or sell your information with any third parties.
Security
The Cherished Home has taken every measure to ensure your online shopping is as secure as possible. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. Any credit card or personal information you provide to The Cherished Home is protected by SSL. If you prefer not to place your order online, we would be pleased to take your order by phone. Returns and Customer Service
The Cherished Home strives to provide our customers with the finest merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging.
Simply call us within 30 business days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is valid for 10 business days. Please return the item within that time frame to the address provided at the time the RAN is issued.
If you return an item after the 10 business day window, without a RAN, and/or The Cherished Home suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Also, if you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item's purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Shipping Methods and Charges section. We reserve the right to apply up to a 25% restocking fee should the merchandise not be in re-sellable condition.

Shipping
Orders will ship within 48 business hours of being placed, unless otherwise noted. We proudly ship via UPS.
